This remarkable milestone follows their relentless pursuit of equal pay and better conditions. The project showcases a diverse range of genres including dance, chants, punk, and more, capturing the spirit and passion for the team and for football as a unifying sport. The album will be broadcast in full for the first time today, 20th July at 9.30 - 11am, right before Ire vs Aus kick off.
The compilation serves as a tribute to the spirit of the Ireland Women's football team, whose journey towards achieving gender equality and recognition has been an inspiration to many around the world. Each track on the album reflects the passion, strength, and determination of these remarkable athletes and their supporters.

ABOUT THE COMP:
Club Comfort’s Roo Honeychild has a track Stand Up For The Girls In Green on the compilation, a club anthem designed to inspire rousing crowd chants.
Producer Boyfrens, fresh after a remix of Aslan’s This Is, which is fast becoming the song of the summer, is featured with a breaky dance track sampling both Dearg Dunn & an infamous Irish voicemail.
Rory Sweeney and E The Artist share a moving, bassy high bpm tribute to the beautiful game.
DJ Fan Zone x Yung Goalie share a 2-step hyperpop reimagining of Italia 90 anthem Put ‘Em Under Pressure titled Let’s Go Girls (McCabe’s Army), rewritten for squad captain Katie McCabe and the Irish World Cup ‘23 team.
Multiple tracks on the album were made at our very own football song workshop! Where we sampled football chants, made new beats and went through the history of women’s football.
The compilation also features tracks from Drua, Messyng & DIA X DEM, amongst many others.
Tracks available from Dublin Digital Radio’s bandcamp and on 1815’s soundcloud from Thursday, before the big match, which kicks off at 11 am Irish time.
