OPEN CALL: Become a ddr. resident. New radio show applications are officially open!

Dublin Digital Radio (ddr.) are looking for new residents to join our roster this Spring/Summer. Become part of our award-winning, online community radio station representing alternative underground music, art and politics across Ireland.

What we’re looking for: We’re looking for fresh voices, new ideas, and people ready to push things forward. Spaces are limited, so we will be prioritising the following categories for this round of onboarding:

**Live Daytime Shows: **We are looking for presenters who have availability to host live shows during weekday, daytime hours – ideally bringing the chat, craic and helping to shape the narrative for ddr.'s daytime broadcasts. Sonic Art: We encourage those looking to get weird, wacky, and creative with sound to apply. Be experimental, that is what we are here for! Think soundscapes, original compositions or unique approaches to the medium! Audio dramas and documentaries: We know these can take a lot of work and time, but they are also super interesting for listeners and are a great opportunity to showcase your work! We are happy to provide a home for a project you may be creating elsewhere that you think could be a good fit. Deep dives: Are you a genre nerd, do you have a background in music that is sometimes overlooked, or does your interest lie in geopolitical themes? This is your chance to go deep into anything that you’d like to explore, not just music.

*We encourage 2 hour shows as they allow you more time to develop and engage listeners.

You must be a member to host a show on the station.
