New Shows on ddr Oct Nov 25 - Get to know!
Meet the new residents joining the ddr. family over the coming months! We have a wide range of shows about to hit the airwaves covering everything from goth to mod, philosophical theory to cowboy agony aunts. Big thanks to all the volunteers who worked to get these new shows up and running on ddr. - we have 20+ new shows starting so it has been a lot of labour!

The Big Lovely with Brownsauce
Big Lovely (also Big Lovly)
/ˌbɪɡ ˈlʌv.li /, noun, informal (Dublin): A treat lunch you choose because you deserve it—e.g., ramen or Umi Falafel—rather than a purely functional meal.
Plural: Big Lovelies.
Usage: “Payday—let’s do a Big Lovely.”

Explore the unexpectedly intertwined scenes of 1990s Progressive Trance in Ireland and Italy with Sarah & Leo. Through records from their own collection, interviews, and themed talks, they’ll reveal how dance music helped build a community that transcended borders, class, gender, and sexuality.

Irish artist and musician Genesis Fawn presents a monthly show through Goth themes with a focus on EBM, Minimal Wave and Experimental Synth-based music.

A liminal space is a place of transition, a feeling of being on the verge of the unknown.
Liminal Spaces explores niche genres, overlooked movements and other musical oddities across a themed monthly show.

The Letters You Never Sent
Unsent love letters end up in discarded notebooks, typed in your notes app, on pages you leave to crumple at the bottom of your bag. Instead, send in your letters to be read on air, to be heard by the DDR community. Instead of a response from the intended recipient, I’ll make you a playlist.
